Create and Install Self-Signed SSL Certificate on CentOS

yum install openssl

mkdir /etc/[webserver]/ssl

openssl genrsa -out “/etc/[webserver]/ssl/example.key” 2048

openssl req -new -key “/etc/[webserver]/ssl/example.key” \ -out “/etc/[webserver]/ssl/example.csr”
